One way to exercise your rights as a Pinole voter and
taxpayer is to speak at the City Council meetings. The
council meets on the first and third Tuesdays at 7 p.m.
as both the Redevelopment Agency Board and the City Council.
The meetings are held at City Hall, 2131 Pear Street.
You may fill out a "Citizens To Be Heard" card
and give it to the City Clerk. You will have three minutes
to address the council. Let the council know what you think!
